We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there's a problem with your order, please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do what we can to make it right. Items can only be returned if they arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item. Though some items are non-returnable, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note:
- All returns must be completed within 30 days of order date; we are unable to accept any returns past 30 days.
- All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- FINAL SALE items.
- Customer may be refunded by original form of payment; store credit may be issued.
- Customer is in charge of shipping costs back to vendor; we do not refund original shipping charges and return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility.
Damage sometimes occurs in the shipping process, though we do our best to make sure all items arrive in perfect condition. If you happen to receive a damaged item in your order, please do the following:
- All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Please save all packaging and email us right away.
We will arrange replacement or return of the damaged item.
*Items noted as 'handmade' or 'one of one, designer's original' will vary from item to item, and may have imperfections – that's what makes them unique! These imperfections are not considered damage, and these items are sold 'as-is'.
